Most recently, we had a new, high efficiency furnace installed to replace our 25-year-old boiler. From the initial evaluation of our heating needs, to the installation, to a follow-up visit to address an unexpected thermostat issue (on a Sunday no less), Phil and his associates were professional, responsive, and thorough. The quality of the equipment and its installation could not have been better. The Furnace Guy installed our Daikin mini-split in April 2022. When it showed an error code within a week or two, they sent a team to fix it at no cost on a day off (Saturday) and it has worked perfectly ever since. It does an incredible job heating and cooling our house quickly.

I was involved with the plumbing and heating industry over 50yrs. Needed to setup a WiFi remote thermostat it works great. The service tech was very helpful. I live in a condo and should not be doing my own work There are 3 other people attached to my home. No thank you. I don’t want that responsibility Thank you Brad Bushman

Very professional and curtious customer service from the first call. Phil was the kindest man and very professional. He fixed the issue with my furnace very fast. When he arrived at my place I wasn't sure if it was an angle or Santa Claus. Either way it was like having Christmas again but in January. I would never call anyone else for my furnace needs. Thank you Phil. I'll give you in writing and additional 95 stars to make it an even 100 stars.you are a good man with a great staff. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs assistance with thier furnace or HVAC needs. I wouldn't call anyone else. Spread the word folks. This top notch quality. Thank you again.
Our furnace stopped working during blizzard conditions today (12/23/22). I called around to several local HVAC companies and no one answered. I called The Furnace Guy and dispatch warned me there was a wait, but we were happy to find someone who could help. Phil called to let us know it would be a while, as travel was slow and there were 2 people in front of us. Phil arrived around 830pm and got our furnace working again!! We appreciate this business being willing to help us during such horrible weather.
